Anyone know the percents I should be lookingfor fair combos on a ness, or is he too floaty and I shouls be looking for more MU dependant combos/setups?

Floaty is a good thing, it's heavy characters you can't follow up with fair. Id be guessing around 50%-65% for short and full hop fairs.
Just try and be above or below ness most of the time, its infront and behind that is scary.
I think smashville is the best option against ness. The moving platform is a great landing option for you against PK fires, but not so many platforms that you're in constant danger of getting f-aired. I don't know how much the wind of dreamland affects him during his UP B, but it can certainly bite you in the arse if ness takes your second jump with a fair.
I'm convinced town and city is the ultimate neutral stage, and a good choice for any character if you're unsure of where to go. But that's just me.

Yeah I think the disjointed hitboxes makes falcon a bitch sometimes. The fact that falcon is one of the characters who can really put the heat on ness when landing/recovering, I tend to lean more to the 60-40. I reckon FD and Duck Hunt are ood picks against ness, but I have a feeling smashville and dreamland might be secret op against his recovery

I like Dreamland cus the platforms are at a good height for falcon to try and continue combos or put safer pressure on someone shielding on a platform. Also, their height means you can jump around them looking for a safer option to the ground better than battlefield or T&C. I personally don't like T&C against any character with good vertical kill moves. That stage has one of the lowest ceilings in the game, which makes it easier to kill with U-Air and Raptor Boost, but I don't think the trade off is worth it when you die to a falling u-air from ness at 80%.

T&City is the no damaging hazards spiritual successor to Brinstar.
People who think it's neutral are bad players and need to repent of their sins.

The amount of kills I've gotten just by baiting people into moving platforms and back throwing is absurd.
I'm bad so it's basically my only kill option.
Shoutout to T&C.

Honestly I would put lylat > t&c for falcon. You can get ridiculously far command grabs with up b on ledge, as well as forward smash covering 1/3rd of the stage. It just sucks cus anyone higher than falcon on tier list pretty much has a better matchup against him on lylat. Good for early kills though Let's talk about Mario.

Mario is a shit. Don't run into up smash. Reverse falcon punch the prick.

I liked it better when the edges were near impossible to grab.
