I haven't actually made any "hard reads" as you put it, I'm posting my observations because they may be valuable or provide a different point of view to some players, and I think there's a chance I'll die tonight.
If you're waiting for "concrete evidence" you probably have a fundamental misunderstanding of how Mafia works.

If Laggy flips scum then I look super suspicious and I'm aware of that, by putting my VERY SOFT, DAY 1 READS out there you guys might have something to go off of if and when I get killed and flip town, which is what I'm going to do.

Are you going to encourage the cop or whatever other power roles we might have to come forward tomorrow with their night action results? That would be a terrible idea (@Maribro), especially in a game with 20 players. This game is about making reads and assumptions, you have to be willing to lynch people based on their actions without "concrete evidence".

^this is definitely plausible. Anyway, soft evidence is still evidence (e.g. Pazx voted me day one of the first game on this website and I flipped mafia godfather) I know it's luck, but I'm not getting the same feeling from Pazx this game like I did last games. I'm not convinced by CubT's word. Active =/= pro town

Many considered it a simple warm-up for their main event, or a chance to try out some new characters in a competitive environment… but for others, their tournament life was at stake here.
There was one certain Queenslander who was keen to impress; after a strong showing at SXC2K15, Flex was keen to prove once and for all that he should be considered one of the very best players in the country. Things changed as he sat down to play, however… flubbed inputs, reads not on point, SDs at the worst possible time… how could it all go so wrong? As the losses piled up and pressure continued to mount his play deteriorated even more, until finally his pool was over.
Flex (ThatLaggyPerson), Vanilla Townie, has been eliminated from the tournament!

However, things weren’t going as planned for Karnu; his early combos were just making his opponent stronger, and he succumbed to the player’s notorious edgeguards and various other jank. Dejected and dispirited, Karnu found no solace in the tournament venue and took leave for the day.

Other participants took this time to go and buy lunch; it was already mid-afternoon and they hadn’t eaten since breakfast. Urisk was one such player, leaving to go and get some food from the Subway close by. Unfortunately for Urisk, many other players had the same thought, leaving monstrous queues at the local branch as well as all other food places close by. When Urisk finally found somewhere to eat and prepared to make his way back, he managed to get lost several times, perhaps the fatigue and stress from last night’s Guf tournament contributing to this. When he made it back to Little Tokyo 2, he found out he had not made it back in time and had been disqualified.
