A'light, since i'm bored, I'm going to go through all of Mii Gunners special moves and explain them.
NOTE: For these tests I used Kirby as my subject. Damages will be different for different characters.

Charge Blast
Works like Samus's Charge Shot. Around 3 seconds to charge up, deals around 22% damage. Kills at ledge around 120%.
Flame Pillar
Short projectile. Range is around the middle part of FD. 6% damage.
Lunar Launch
Recovery based move. Good horizontal and vertical distance. Also can damage people. 7% damage,
Echo Reflector
Works like Fox's reflector. Can reflect projectiles. Can also be used to stall in the air.

Laser Blaze
Projectile based weapon, range is almost the size of FD. 3% damage.
Stealth Burst
A short projectile based weapon. Used like Zelda's side B. 15% damage, can be killed as early as 115%.
Cannon Uppercut
More used as a heavy-hit tool rather than a recovery tool. Has 2 hits, 1st hit does 9%, and 2nd does 8%. Can kill at 83%.
Bomb Drop
Spacing tool. 11% damage, can kill at 155%.

Another spacing tool. Has a charge, when maxed out, reaches about 2/3 of FD. 8% damage. Can kill at 130%.
Gunner Missile
Projectile. Can be double tapped for less powerful missile or held for a powerful missile. Less powerful missile does 4% damage and the powerful missile does 10%.
Arm Rocket
A recovery move, does vertical, can be titled for a better horizontal recovery, No damage.
Absorbing Vortex
Works like Ness and Lucas's vortex. When activated, any projectile that comes in gets sucked up and heals some damage. Has some knockback, but its nothing much.
So, what should you use?
Personally, I use 3232, as its good for spacing and sometimes early kills. I also use 3222 as a sub combo, as Cannon Uppercut can kill early for lightweight characters. You should always use Grenade Launch. TBH all of the side specials are shit, so I use Stealth Burst just because it has more range. You can us any of the up specials, Lunar Launch is great for mixing up recovery+damage, Cannon Uppercut is good for killing early, and Arm Rocket has the best horizontal recovery, Bomb drop is a must.
