Idk about the order but I'd go something like:

Dekar, SD, Smoking Puppy, Redact, ZXV, Syke, RJ, Skeletom, Splice, Nick, AussieRob, Atticus, Toshiba, Karu or maybe Corpsecreate? I'm not really sure since I'm not big on the Melee scene.

Victoria is definitely the strongest imo. They're also the strongest in Brawl and Smash4.

I'm lucky then I get better practice against the strongest players, I was playing against Splice in friendlies and he would completely destroy destroy me I think the best I got was 2 stocks from him. Thanks for the list tho appreciate it :)

NZ doesn't count as Australia because New Zealand isn't part of... Australia. It's a part of New Zealand.
