Who is a good character R.O.B struggles against?

I wanted to get some advice on how I can beat R.O.B as my friend (Wooy) plays him. We were very close (like last stock and 130%) and he u-throwed me and it killed. I figured if I kept playing Roy and improve a bit I could beat him more but is there any other way I could beat ROB?
