The easiest method is uploading it to your quickdraw images. You can do this either through your edit profile page or clicking the quickdraw box and then the plus icon and uploading through there.
Or if you have imgur, photobucket etc upload through that. Then post as
[*img] whatever your picture url . Jpg [/*img]
