Just tested it out on level 9 DK, Maximum footstools is 5 times and about 60% is a nice time to start it. Not sure how well this will work on a human player when DI is involved.

Looking for some advice.
So I very rarely get to play against a good Little Mac, and the rare occasion I do, I don't know how to deal with him and get stomped. I get the basic gist of he's weak off ledge, but how do you deal with him on stage? Some of his attacks seem very safe even on shield/spot dodge and I don't get to play against him enough to learn how to deal with this. I guess I'm asking how you deal with his crazy good neutral game?
Lucario and Samus are the characters I use the most, though I have had some success using Rosalina against him.

Well the key objectives should always be to force them to approach you, considering timed matches are the ones that count, getting the lead will force a little mac to do his best to retake it, this can cause him to make mistakes or allow for you to predict his movements. If this is happening on any level with platfroms, you can simply force him to try and get you in the air where he will have less of an advantage, just don't let him go directly beneath you or he will use his Up-B, it's range can catch some by surprise.
As for character choices, any character with a decent grab or fast projectiles would be good, little mac's tend to be known for throwing punches instead of trying to grab you, making it easy to shield their attack and grab them.
I honestly don't really know how much of this is accurate, what you don't already know, or even useful. But I feel that as someone who plays Little Mac a lot, these are some of the problems that can creep up on me if I don't pay attention in games.

Notes
.At higher per-cents it is easier to tech
.Depending on if they're floaty or if it is getting to higher per-cents you may have to wait a very little time for them to hit the ground
.For the fair to dair lock some with some characters you'll need to short hop wait then fair (WTF-wait then fair) because some are too short and some characters don't work with this combo
.Although it says NA to some characters if they jump you can do the combo around the same percents as the characters near them on the list
Platform Locks
On battlefield (or any stages with similar platforms) for all characters you can down throw onto the lowest platform and full, hop dair to lock them then punish, if they slide off you could drop under the platform with a fastfall, dair. This works on the whole cast from 0% to 45% (around 22%) on average (the throw).
You can also up throw to the top platform, double jump, then dair, then punish with up smash or instead up B ( reading if they tech, tech roll or don't tech). This works on average from 32% to 55% (around 43%).At higher per-cents you can down throw them to the top platform then double jump dair or up B like before (reading there tech option) from 122% and 160% on average (around 141%).
