I personally think everyone is playing pretty solidly at this stage. Nobody has been particularly suspicious outside of Wooy and Windkeeper voting for the same person within minutes of each other. I'll probably put this down to a coincidence though because otherwise that was a super bad play by the mafia. Given there's also likely more than 2 mafia then it's not gonna matter a whole lot anyways.
I'd like to see more thought put into a no lynch but we'll see how this day pans out. I'm gonna stick with wooy for now though.

I feel like the days being over 1 real world week, can potentially hurt the game cause we will get bored and potentially loose interest as day 1 we don't have much Intel.

Can you elaborate on that

There is no point only having one vote against someone, seeing as we need 9 votes to kill and it isn't going to start any conversations so Unvote: LEF

This was my main issue last game. Town could have won days earlier but Invisi insisted on collecting more information, when the obvious play was right there all along. It got to the point that everyone grew complacent and we ended up winning anyways.

I don't like the idea of the no lynch, because when you're a mafia you love the idea. Last game I was a scum and liked Maribro's idea on Day 1 as it avoided all threats of getting us mafia getting voted out. We need to lynch somebody on day 1, and if they turn out to be a villager then chances are they were pretty useless. (e.g. LEF last game).
I think we've already settled on no no lynch, but I'm just putting this out there as a former scum-now town-aligned villager.

uhh... what?
I read through the last game, you were all sitting around with your thumbs up your asses and invisi was the only one with a clue and handed the town the win, if he wasnt in the game you guys would have totally lost rofl.

I'm referring to the last day

so am I, winning you the game includes the last day

And I'm not questioning Invisi's play during that game, seeing as how you're quite defensive about it, but what happens when the day phase is prolonged to the point when Town gets complacent.

I stand by my logic during the last day of last game, but I recognise that it stagnated the game a fair amount. I blame Corvid though =P

Invisi just didn't want to vote for town, but Deez went ahead and made the deciding vote anyway. 'Sif Corvid being mafia was hard to guess.

I dont know what happens, but it didnt happen, being careful and working your way through a problem is not being complacent, and the game sure as hell didnt drag on at all like you are trying to tell me it did.

It's been 24 hours and ThatLaggyPerson hasn't said anything yet. Everyone else has. If we have no-one better to Lynch we should probably go for him as he is currently useless to the town.

If you're being so quiet and not contributing to the discussion then you are basically useless to the town, unless you have some sort of special role.

So I did some quick googling about the no lynch play on day 1
"If the game starts with an odd number of players, no lynching takes away one of the town's mislynches prior to the scum getting the endgame win.
In a 9 player game with 2 scum, you lose upon mislynching for a third time. If you no lynch, you can only mislynch once. (And will lose upon the second mislynch.)
Getting more town controlled kills on the scum is going to give you a much better chance of winning than getting less. (You can probably even point to a higher scum win % on the relevant site.)
Let's take your classic newbie setup, as an example.
7 town
2 scum
Let's say that the town decide to NL D1, but lynch every day from then, and scum also kills every night.
Day 2: 6 town, 2 scum. (25% chance of hitting scum)
Day 3: 4 town, 2 scum. (33% chance of hitting scum)
Now let's say town lynch D1:
D2: 5 town, 2 scum. (28.5% chance of hitting scum)
Day 3: 3 town, 2 scum. (40% chance of hitting scum)
As you can see, the town have a greater chance of hitting scum if they lynch anyone D1. There's some rule about that, it's in the wiki somewhere.
This is just from a statistical PoV, but lynching D1 is almost always better."
sounds like a shit play, lets definitely not go with the no lynch day 1 play

Jesus Christ is this a joke? I'm seriously giving the town much needed insight to how a former Godfather thinks. I see where you're coming from because that was a long suspicious string of words, but I'm just saying I'm villager so no one pulls out a "you've never said you're not townie in this game" later on in the game.(eg someone did this on Maribro the last game.)
Also Urisk can you contribute a bit more? You've voted for four people so far and haven't provided any evidence aside from quoting me.
@laggy we will lynch you if you are annoying, but we will lynch you twice as quickly if you are useless. contribute or die.
i would also like to see more substance from urisk, i don't think he's scum at this point but he's not helping the town. the player with the biggest lack of content is hydropimp and he should be made to talk.
vote: hydropimp
there is only one way maribro could possibly know what he was implying, so i believe bringing attention to him was a poor move on your behalf. i guess i'm doing the same now, but if i ignored your post it would seem very scummy, so you put me in a difficult position.

If we're going with the lynch day 1, then we should just lynch someone already. Kinda seems to me like a stab in the dark to me but the start of Mafia games there's no information to work off anyway and people seem to be posting lots of words with no real content. My vote is still on Wooy because he's said some strange things but I'm happy to change it if it speeds up the day phase/someone convinces me that another player is definitely scum.
