No, I'm afraid there is no saturday night smash in Brisbane and won't be likely anytime soon. However, there are many other events in Brisbane. Like Smashbox 4 coming up in November 14th and also monthlies hosted at UQ (the next - UQ Smash 13 - being next saturday). You can find these on the home page of the site.

Unfortunately due to my religion I can't pay money on Friday nights or Saturdays... So I can't participate in any :/ Luckily there's a smashbox (I think) on December 13th, which is a Sunday :D

Nah, Judaism.. Saturday is a day of rest for us where no work or trade is to be done (so no doing your job, doing schoolwork or buying things); like how Christians used to be strict on not doing things on Sundays or who Islam has Fridays as their day of rest.
