@Cap, Every character can be played defensively. Falcon may not be the best at it, but i've seen Qld players with pretty defensive Falcons.

I've changed my soundpack back to Palutena. Perhaps I will make another Bowser soundpack in the near future.
Falcon can be played very defensively, it's just most Falcon's are too busy yelling "FALCON PUNCH" to notice this.
How does captain falcon get so high? Especially because japanese players are known for their defensive play?

As I mentioned in my original post, Pikachu is definitely too low. But Japan doesn't have Esam, so yeh... The rest looks pretty good.
Considering Luigi loses to everything above him on that list, and a few characters below him, his placement is pretty accurate.
