The registrations are now full and I can't guarantee anyone not registered will be able to compete in this event now.
I feel like I had a choice between keeping it at 60 and trying to implement a staged pools / tourney system to allow more people in the venue than the limit. In the end I decided against this because it would make the logistics of the day quite complex and could possibly cause the event not to finish. I think it's better that I focus on giving the 60 people who signed up to this event the best experience possible instead of trying to please everyone and giving everyone a mediocre to bad time.
If there's anybody who still wants to register then the only way this can happen is if someone unregisters and you take their spot. For this reason, anybody who has registered but don't think they'll be going, please unregister so other people can confirm attendance. If people don't turn up on the day then I will consider giving away their pre-registration after a decided upon time, but I wouldn't count on it.
Anybody who comes to Smashbox without a registration confirmed is still welcome in the venue but I cannot guarantee there will be time on the setups for friendlies unless lots of people bring setups. Please, everyone who can possibly do so, try and bring a setup.
I'll be finalising the rules to this during this week. Cloud is definitely legal.

Kind of feel like I'm flaking here, but I was never 100% confirmed so I'll unregister. I bought cheap tickets to give me the option, but I wouldn't want to hold a spot for someone who is certain of their attendance.
Some people might find it silly but I had weight loss goals to achieve before attending and I'm looking to fall short before Smashbox, though it's still going well.
Anyway, just a heads up.

QLD People will pop in last minute no sweat, whereas you popping in last minute is a big gamble. I would recommend you stay registered and drop when you know for sure. It's that simple.

My update to Smashbox as follows.
-I'm housing Deez and Mar
-I'm carpooling Blazikengod from the coast
-I can supply a Wii U but not a tv so if anyone has a spare we can halfies a set up.
-Deez is teaming with me to spread the Lucario aids twice as fast.

Hey all! I'm still looking for housing for this event. I've talked to a number of people, but unfortunately everyone I've talked to so far is full. I've already booked my flights for Thurs-Mon, so if anyone would be able to house me for that time, or if you know someone else who can, please let me know.
By the way, once again I'm the odd one out from Sydney, and am looking for a doubles partner. I didn't end up finding one in Adelaide and I don't want to make the same mistake again. Corpse and I did pretty well in Perth, and I'm hopeful of finding a teammate to repeat that performance with. Puff works best with a mobile stock tank as her partner, so you can wake me up when I have a bout of narcolepsy and carry me while I die far too quickly. Besides, is there anyone who doesn't like having a teammate that literally sleeps on the competition? =P
