Sun and Moon Themed Mafia | GAME OVER | Town Wins! page 41

"In its simplest form, Mafia consists of two sides: the Mafia, and the Town. The Mafia's goal is to kill the innocents, while the Town's goal is to kill the Mafia.

At the beginning of the game, the Moderator will secretly send everyone their role. The Mafia will know each other, while (in the basic game) everyone else will only know their own role.

The game has two phases. During Night, the Town can not communicate, but the Mafia can discuss and choose someone to murder. After the Moderator has received the name of the victim, the Moderator reveals the dead player, and Day begins.

During Day, the Town must choose someone to Lynch; they are trying to eliminate the Mafia, but the Mafia can lead them astray by casting suspicion elsewhere. Generally, players will vote for someone they think is Mafia (the Mafia will vote so that they seem to be doing this as well, and might even vote for each other to confuse the Town); when a player gets a majority of the votes, they are lynched. Their role is revealed by the Moderator, and it is once again Night.

The game alternates between Night and Day until either the Mafia are eliminated, or the Mafia have killed everyone else."

You MAY state your role / alignment
You MAY PARAPHRASE your abilities, copy-paste from role PM is not allowed
You MAY NOT try to force others about the specifics of their mod PMs
3. Editing posts is not allowed. Double-post if need be.
4. Make your votes clear and easy to see. VOTE: Boozer is good.
You may change your vote, vote for no lynch and unvote as needed.
5. Lynching occurs once a majority has been reached.
6. If no majority has been reached upon the deadline, no lynch takes place.
7. Thread will be locked during the night phase until the next day phase.
8. Dead players cannot post in this thread. If a dead player had a role that let them communicate privately, they are to cease doing that.
9. Character claiming is strictly prohibited.

Days have a deadline of two weeks. Nights have a deadline of 48 hours.
Inactive players with no prior notice will be given notice after 48 hours upon which action will be taken if they continue to not respond.

If any other player can say that they targeted one of those players that night (with evidence) then that would prove Lucas is lying.

It's a risk for him to name all his night actions so far if they were actually false, so if no one can disprove him he's probably telling the truth.

Fair. I didn't use my night action last night since I'm essentially a visitor with no arsonist in the game so I didn't really see a point. I'll start using it again and seeing if I can catch Luminous or someone with a similar role, or more precisely, if they can spot me.

"It's a bit of a stretch, but voyeur seems like too weak of a role for Mafia this game, in a game with every townie having a role, you'd expect mafia to have strong roles like rolecop, and we already know they had strongman and have vanillaiser as well. "

I'm not confident but I'm inclined to agree with this.

I'm not so sure. Like you said, the mafia this game have some powerful roles. I wouldn't be surprised if there were only four of them at the start of the game, but they were all given super OP roles, like Laggy being lynchproof. Also, a lynchproof but otherwise vanilla townie doesn't seem like a particularly useful role.

Then again, Aero could just be meming us by intentionally giving Laggy the lynchproof role.

I suppose the voyeur role in this game was meant to confirm certain roles I assume. So if I used the action on someone at night and someone investigates them, then I would know that and could use it to progress discussion.

Idk it's just a weird role in general. Lynchproof vanilla townie just seems weird, lynchproof mafia seems very strong. Could be a PHAT meme

I personally believe Hydro is one of the most "confirmed" townies we have. I have no idea what his role is or anything like that, but to me it's clear that he's townie given his actions on day 1. When Lachlan was being weird and could have potentially been a bomb, Hydro just threw himself at Lachlan. Dumber actions have happened in this game, so I wouldn't rule out Hydro being maf. Maybe he's the vanillaiser traitor thingo we've been thinking about? Idk seems weird anyway.

Super chill that dean is the new Duon. Solid replacement. I can only hope for the best.

RIP Corvid I guess. Pretty obvious he was some kind of non town role, his lack of contribution and lurking were very obvious.

I remember the last time someone misread their role PM. cAKE's play in fire emblem mafia will live on with me to the grave.

my top picks for scum:

JLo: Just have a gut feeling on this one, also signs of buddying with Spacejam.
Windkeeper: Little too quiet for my liking but I can never hard read this guy. Just in general, an unreadable guy
Laggy: Bad play this whole game, hasn't even really tried to contribute meaningfully and there is evidence of lurking
Cjeccjec: chopping and changing, hasn't really added anything to discussion besides fluff

Would also put Spacejam as my next most likely.

If people want more details I am more than happy to expand upon anything.

At the end of the day it is just that, a gut feeling, but I just feel they haven't been as strong and analytical as he usually is. His few analysis posts were very… wishywashy and vague. He hasn't really tried to figure anyone/anything out. He's just kinda sat there and contributed a little but not as much as I feel he is capable of. Was also in favour of postponing killing a confirmed anti-town.
