I've always worked around it by just manually putting in the byes/running pools into top 8/16/32/whatever
afaik for exact brackets tio and challonge run identically, the problem is when there's byes in challonge it behaves wack.
I'm just putting this out there, but sounds like there's a market for a good, online, shareable bracket product that exports/APIs nicely.
I only request that the new TO Bracket system seeds by elo. Its how the pros do it.
