Sorry, the last two weeks has been an absolute nightmare and I've been depressed as all hell and aren't coping with my work transfer so I don't even want to play Smash right now let alone teach people how to get better.

That's a major bummer.
During my toughest times, I have found sticking to some sort of schedule/obligations has helped. Working out, leaving aside an hour for things I enjoy (which, for me was a total of 1.5 hrs) made a world of difference.
Please, if there's anything any of us can do, let us know!
