I'm surprised that even though you knew there was a MAFIA BACKUP, that there probably wouldn't have been a vanilla mafia member left, and Ghost had conveniently confirmed all of you vanilla aside from himself, as a typically anti town role.

Here is the format of the game and all night actions that took place as well. After a long and painful battle, it was decided that a draw was the best course of action.
Each sides best option to win the battle was to not kill and things were getting ridiculous.
Gruntilda decided that she had finally obtained enough power to re-obtain her human form and needed to take no more lives.
But she was missing the bird and bear that she killed. It's hard being a villian with no one worthwhile to stop you.
Town could not figure out who the final villain was and thus decided a draw would be the best course of action.
Gruntilda decided to use her machine to bring back those that she killed and turn a path of good for the sake of a draw.

OK I'm finally home.
Unfortunately the game was rife with inactivity which gives the impression that the majority of players seem somewhat disinterested in the game at the moment which saddens me but I think I'll get over it.
Surprised 2/3 townies opted for a draw maybe they just wanted the game over with?
Endgame situation was unfortunate and something I haven't been accounting for in review as it slipped my mind. But it's actually probably in both parties' best interests to not to kill whenever there's an even number of players heading into a day phase (assuming only one killing faction). Easiest solution is probably to make the mafia kill compulsive I guess.
Rhyno you did well but please spellcheck your work why can't you spell 'ridiculous' correctly.

Thanks to dean for posting about this. I'm the one who's organizing the tournament :)
Cliffs:
- 135 communities are participating. Each community elects one representative to send.
- This will be the fourth season. More than 160+ different communities have participated in previous seasons.
- The setup for this year is: 15-man Mountainous (3 mafia goons vs. 12 vanilla townies). This year we're trying pure mafia. You just have your reads and/or your manipulative abilities to count on.
- Your representative should be able to deal with a lot of activity on a daily basis. The first few days you should expect maybe 500+ posts per day. And you need to make at least 10 posts per Day Phase.
- Re: starting date, that's up to your representative. There'll be 9 qualifying games, and your rep just signs up for one of these. They'll start either late April, May or June. So if your rep has time somewhere during that period, they're good.
Lemme know if you have more questions.
