I feel like because the mafia can speak to each other freely, it's easier for mafia members that are new, as we would let them get away with more (due to being new).
I also feel like if there were good players in the Mafia advising these new players (for example, Maribro and Urisk), they would be advising them to do stuff, and then have it blamed on them being newbs in order to manipulate the game.
Can someone piece that together please? I'm reading it, and I'm not sure what I wanted to say.

I understand what you mean, I think it's probably quite and obvious strat and certainly what I would do if I was maf.
You're basically saying that a mafia team with a strong player or two and a bunch of newbies could easily guide them on how to behave and act and that if they did anything suss then anything could be blamed on their newness.
Like I said, it's an obvious strat but I don't see how this helps us analytically.

I was also hinting at how Mafia has played pro-town very well the last two games, with Aero last game, and Urisk the game before that.
Maribro and Urisk are giving me similar "pro-town but maf" vibes this game, but maybe I'm just paranoid after those last two games where I got duped.

Incidentally I didn't vote for Corvid because I had a feeling he was townie but just being retarded / not caring. He didn't feel anti-town to me moreso than just that he didn't seem to care about the game much.

How am I being distant? Idk about the other two, but Rhyno literally asked us (who didn't vote for Corvid) why, and I answered xD
And I literally wasn't in the thread most of Saturday because of league day so I totally missed the lynch and everything xD I even said I wouldn't be in advance lol Also I'd like to point out, that whoever the watcher is (assuming there even is one, I think there is lol) has the names of literally every PR that used their power last night, including the mafia's kill, because Laggy lightning rodded. If there was a watcher, it would be incredibly broken when paired with lightning rod. Because as you said, he would know exactly who is who. Unless it's a one shot and he didn't use it last night.

He wouldn't know who is who really, he would kind of just get chucked everyone's names, isn't as OP until you can work everything out. (experience from being watcher and revealing 2 mafia that one game xD) And Urisk to be fair my only posts today were about Corvid lol
