uhh maribro i have voted i voted or duon the mods just missed it for some reason lol. anyway i think murkiri is probably mafia rom what we know but we need to see how he defends himself. I think lachlan and Spacejam are both town. Lachlan is playing pretty shit though so maybe he should try harder. It's cool to see spacejam trying more and im hesitant to belive he is being told what to say by the mafia as they doesnt work out all the time. One time i was mafia with Lachlan and he got lynched day 1 or 2 cause he was being an idiot and wouldnt liisten to our advise.

Hmmm I haven't got much to chime in atm, besides that:
- Lachlan playing poorly as usual, and that defense is hella suss. His wording suggests that he has a power role. I'm not sure whether I'd like him in town with how he's playing, or lynch a negative utility but lose a potentially important power role
- Spacejam claims that his past few posts were done in a drug induced stupor. While they read somewhat awkwardly, he's been contributing in town's discussion, and that's more I could say than some people atm

I spend most of the day watching the Melbourne stream and then spent some time uploading results to this website (Smash.gg will be the end of me) but I will be out all day tomorrow so should write some things while I can.
I am indeed a cuck but pressuring people is sort of how we win the game, I'm not really going to sit here and coast while waiting for town power roles to carry me through the game.
I had no idea what Lachlan was trying to say since I haven't played SuMo yet so thanks Extra for explaining what the hell Burn Up is. Lachlan if you're jumping on a bandwagon can you explain why you're doing so instead of posting a picture of a bandwagon, can you post some thoughts, any thoughts at all on the game so far? You've still yet to really contribute, we have a good 10+ pages of game so surely you have something.
There is surely 0% chance he's claiming arsonist, that is suicidal, no matter what you think of Lachlan's gameplay he wouldn't so this.

but I do feel that at it's heart this is mostly a game of reads, as barring a cop coming out and telling us what to do (which is not completely foolproof, with things like sanities, Godfathers and framers potentially interfering) we know nothing but our own role and thus are going to have to take risks to win.

Not going to bother voting on Murkiri, if he won't reply after the pressure that is already on him, receiving a strike and being contacted by insert then he never will. Would rather lynch Lachlan on the off chance he's an arsonist (unless someone can inform me of another power role that is similar to burn up)

I just want to add,
I've had my opinions on a day 1 lynch changed through the points of many players.
I'd like to hear from Invisi, Duon and of course Murkiri, as to why they still feel voting a no lynch is still a good idea.
Those who haven't voted I'm fine with because there is enough pressure being put on Murkiri for the time being.

Incidentally I don't think Murkiri is going to be maf, but if the day is going to run out without a lynch I'll put a vote on him anyway because:
A) as we've discussed already I think any lynch is better than a no lynch in this game
2) inactive players are what leads the mafia to win (or at least contributed to it in the last few games I was involved in)
III) may as well do the mods a favour. Trying to deal with inactives as a mod myself last game was cancer

Ok so i come back after a couple of days to find that im begin voted against. I have been inactive due to family outings and whatnot, but i will try to be more active.
Anyway, As previously said, this is my first game. I am completely unsure on what i am supposed to be doing on Day 1. Most people are saying that i am maf or scum, because im being inactive or just becausr i didnt want to lynch anyone, dispite people giving reason to lynch. i have re read, through the every post and have only seen reason to lynch a couple people based on a couple of things but not enough to immediatly vote for them.

Murkiri have you played mafia before this game? You should really make an effort to be more active and post on the thread. Even stuff like 'I think x is suss because y' or whatnot, anything that can start a discussion. Being inactive is looked upon very unfavourably, if you don't have the time to play, just let the mods know so they can arrange a leeway for you or sub someone else who's more keen.

also, mafia know who each other are, meaning once a couple of people started voting for me, they probably thought 'Hey, Murkiri isnt mafia, if we vote for him as well, it would be an easy lynch, trying to get rid of an inecperienced player, then we can kill another town at night'. Notice how once a couple of people voted for me a crap tone of other players did as well. i see that as major giveaway to who maybe mafia. but once again, i still believe it's still too early to be lynching unexperienced*.
