Sun and Moon Themed Mafia | GAME OVER | Town Wins! page 16

"In its simplest form, Mafia consists of two sides: the Mafia, and the Town. The Mafia's goal is to kill the innocents, while the Town's goal is to kill the Mafia.

At the beginning of the game, the Moderator will secretly send everyone their role. The Mafia will know each other, while (in the basic game) everyone else will only know their own role.

The game has two phases. During Night, the Town can not communicate, but the Mafia can discuss and choose someone to murder. After the Moderator has received the name of the victim, the Moderator reveals the dead player, and Day begins.

During Day, the Town must choose someone to Lynch; they are trying to eliminate the Mafia, but the Mafia can lead them astray by casting suspicion elsewhere. Generally, players will vote for someone they think is Mafia (the Mafia will vote so that they seem to be doing this as well, and might even vote for each other to confuse the Town); when a player gets a majority of the votes, they are lynched. Their role is revealed by the Moderator, and it is once again Night.

The game alternates between Night and Day until either the Mafia are eliminated, or the Mafia have killed everyone else."

You MAY state your role / alignment
You MAY PARAPHRASE your abilities, copy-paste from role PM is not allowed
You MAY NOT try to force others about the specifics of their mod PMs
3. Editing posts is not allowed. Double-post if need be.
4. Make your votes clear and easy to see. VOTE: Boozer is good.
You may change your vote, vote for no lynch and unvote as needed.
5. Lynching occurs once a majority has been reached.
6. If no majority has been reached upon the deadline, no lynch takes place.
7. Thread will be locked during the night phase until the next day phase.
8. Dead players cannot post in this thread. If a dead player had a role that let them communicate privately, they are to cease doing that.
9. Character claiming is strictly prohibited.

Days have a deadline of two weeks. Nights have a deadline of 48 hours.
Inactive players with no prior notice will be given notice after 48 hours upon which action will be taken if they continue to not respond.

So of all the things I could be no one brings up Fool? aka he who should not be lynched........
You would be happy that I would then be dead, as well I would be dead. But y'all would be annoyed if I was say then lynched and won the whole thing.........

However that Mason Band in the Bandwagon is also a scary thing I potentially alluded towards. Could happen after the Mason things that occurred in deans last game.

But Burn up, that is more exciting a New Gen 7 ATK learnt by few Pokemon (6 and 1 of them not available in Alola (Moltres), and 3 of them only found through the Island Scan (Cyndaquill, Quillava and Typholsion) leaving only the 2 fire Dogos from Gen 1)

Sounds pretty 1 Shot to me IDK so could I be a Bomb, which would then cause the mafia to rally against me in a Lynch as it would be the safest way to rid me from the game. Or worse a Mafia Arsonist....... But Like I'm not that stupid to just claim mafia. Thats just silly.
Maybe the Burn up is just because I found that new move cool and interesting and I Felt like teaching you.

Or Heck I could just be trying to fool you all so you don't kill me day 1.

Alas I am quite Suss of Ghostbone and InsertName, as they seem to be playing different I just cannot quite pin down how in this game, but I still beleve in the Murkiri kill for day 1

Not to jump on the Lachlan bandwagon.. but the main points for voting to lynch him have been brought up really.

He won't be back until the 26th which is after day 1 and I don't think we can really wait that long for an inactive player who doesn't contribute much at all in the first place :/

Bomb doesn't sound right to me tbh. It makes no sense.

If he was bomb, wouldn't he role claim as something else that would avoid lynch and attract a night kill? All he's done is keep himself alive while screwing over town's chances of taking out a mafia. aka helping mafia and not town.

I feel that roleclaiming bomb would be more optimal if he was actually arsonist..

Now that Murkiri's been brought out of the woodwork, I'm inclined to switch my vote on more suss individuals. I still feel iffy casting a vote on a potentially useful power role, but I cannot make heads or tails on wtf Lachlan is saying. But the fact that he is being needlessly ambiguous with his power role (and the fact that he's pretty much character claiming) requires more prodding.

So since Lachlan is the point of contention, apart from basically claiming his role (which I don't think he has done, it's against the rules) can anyone make sense of what he has been posting?

Role claiming is not banned, but hinting towards the character you have is. Since burn up has such a small variety of Pokemon that get he's basically hinting that one of those is his Pokemon.

But since it was a unique case and not specified, I'll let it slide this once. >_>

I... am leaning on Murkiri being town. <- I say this with zero confidence. I don't think Lachlan is mafia at this stage. Trying to make heads or tails of anything he's said is something I 100% do not want to do. Ever tried to metagame Lachlan? It usually turns out badly for me.

I will offer my skepticism that a Jester would ever claim Jester, especially when they were under heavy pressure to be lynched already.

i'm not in a state where i particularly want to make long posts right now (anyone who was at PPH last night can probably understand and attest to this lol) so i'll just post some quick thoughts on the current suspects.

gut feeling tells me getting rid of lachlan is the wrong move. i think he is probably town. but as i brought up earlier, dealing with him is a complete pain and he seems often actively detrimental. don't really like the idea of lynching (from my POV) a townie but i'll see how i feel in the morning. honestly speaking he is probably the best choice. seems like the bandwagon on him happened relatively out of nowhere and really quickly, with several good/experienced players suddenly jumping on the whole arsonist thing. i've never played with lachlan though so guess i'll eat my words if he is actually that stupid.

i was pretty unsatisfied with murkiri's defence personally especially considering he basically just deflected to lachlan, but he's new so whatever. honestly speaking i would rather vote for him than lachlan.

votes on duon are whatever. he's been posting a bit weird and imo from knowing the guy so well it doesn't really give me good vibes, but last game he tried to take a more aggressive role and was basically wrong about everything so it wouldn't surprise me if he was being a bit more reserved this time round.

for whatever reason i'm bad at reading insertname, last game i thought he was pro-town and playing irl mafia last night confirmed it in my head lol (yes this is metagamey but whatever). i think i expect him to just be a quiet guy so if he talks up more than i think he will i'm just like "oh hey he's pro-town!!!" so honestly i wouldn't trust me at all with regards to his alignment lmao. only dean seems to think he's sus anyway so this is pretty irrelevant but i figured i might as well comment on everyone who's currently been voted on. (in retrospect this paragraph feels almost completely useless but it's 1am give me a break)

this post is a bit longer than i thought it'd be. maybe i'll post my thoughts on other people later, assuming lachlan doesn't just get hammered.
