I'm onboard with having Dean with daytime discussion, but no way am I letting him take on a Suicide Squad-style vigi role. Too risky.

sometimes an anti-town result is just an anti-town result. having said that he might just be asleep so we should probably slow the fuck down for the time being. it's worth letting him have one final say in my opinion.

I don't have much to say really, especially without unnecessarily echoing what has already been said. We have a lot of evidence to be very sure about the events revolving around dean. Every situation we win from lynching him.
I'm not gonna vote for him incase something comes up, but I probably will eventually. I don't think we'll be short of votes anyway. The only reason to not lynch him would be for his discussion skills. The question I ask is, is it worth it?

Someone mentioned it before, that dean is likely to help town discussion. He's been doing it as far as I know the whole game thus far. Plus it seems that he enjoys that aspect of the game and because of that we would have reason to believe he might be helpful towards town.
I personally am not for it, but I'd still like to get some discussion on it.

I'll vote in 30 minutes to put him at L1. It seems like no one is actually against and everyone wants it, so no problem delaying it more than necessary.

Jester is a garbage role that should never be used. I don't know what town's obsession with this role is but I trust the moderators to not have put this role in the game.
And if I was Jester I'd like to think I've been doing a pretty lousy job of it up to this point in the game.
I am an independent but since my cover was blown my chances of winning are practically 0% so in the act of self-survival I am happy to side with the majority - in this case town by using my power to their benefit. I gain no benefit from going against town wishes as that would just get me lynched the next day.
I am in essence a vigilante at this point. Keeping me alive also places a lot of pressure on mafia power-roles such as roleblockers and doctors.
Well even I sleep sometimes.

Even if I get lynched I suggest town also spends time actually looking for leads as to who the mafia are; from what I can tell I there are no strong directions to head in apart from me. You've been given a free Day phase thanks to InsertName's death and I suggest you don't waste it.

I had no intention of attempting to use Dean as a makeshift vigilante, I just figured that we may as well account for the possibility of a jester and work around it, especially since Dean is of no threat to us tonight. If you guys want to lynch him off today that's fine.
However, I am quite concerned at the speed this day is progressing. Dean is currently at L-2 and we haven't had a chance for a number of people to contribute yet. I agree we should let Dean have another chance to speak, and I also want to prod Laggy a little more before the day is out.

Yea I'm surprised Dean didn't try to defend himself whatsoever. I didn't exactly trust Bijou before this whole fiasco happened, so I might've believed a solid defence.
Unfortunately I think many of us have a salty serial killer taste in our mouths after last game, so I'm not really inclined to let a SK live. Not going to vote though because I really think we should extend the day a little. By the way, the serial killer in this game is actually an Arsonist.

Just because you have fire fighter Invisi doesn't confirm Dean is arsonist. In a previous game Aero modded he had a fire fighter in a game with no arsonist.
I was mafia and we used this to our advantage to mislead town in that game.

How do you know he is fire fighter, solely based off his the SK being an arsonist claim?

Because Invisi said he had a power that confirms the existence of a third party killer. Fire fighter protects against arsonist kills and as far as I know it's the only role that protects against third party kills. And since Invisi is saying he knows there is an arsonist then that ties in with fire fighter.

In effect, it is a Doctor that only protects from Arsonists. If there is no Arsonist in the game for whichever reason, the Firefighter's Night action is useless."

I'm not really sure how I'm expected to defend myself; if I were a Miller-type role I would've claimed on Day 1, claiming Luminescent was lying buys me one more day at best, claiming Luminescent is insane or that a Framer targeted Invisi is really unlikely and it would still be the best percentage play for town to lynch me today. I'm not really interested in wasting time unnecessarily.

I agree that at the end of the day we should lynch Dean since we are so far ahead right now and keeping an SK that could potentially kill a town member isn't a good idea. However if there is anything we can discuss today we should do that before we lynch him.
Right now we haven't seen any negative utility roles so the mafia must have some decent roles as well. I don't think it would be that unlikely for mafia to have a lynch-proof ability, so Laggy being mafia isn't that Farfetch'd. Of course we have to look into this more than this simple observation but it could very well go either way right now.
